A Senior Manager for the Broadcom Mainframe AIOps and Automation Product Management team, Mike is responsible for driving product strategic direction and leading product managers within the AIOps space. He is passionate about driving customer engagement to understand how to best improve product usability and streamline workflows. A fifteen year veteran of mainframe auotmation products, Mike is an advocate for automation to improve operations throughput, root cause analysis, and business process efficiency.
